1. Who we are
Blackout Gaming Lounge ("Blackout", "we", "us") operates a gaming venue at Schiehavenkade 12, 3024 EC Rotterdam, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 87654321. These Terms of Use apply to your use of our website and our physical venue.
2. Using the website
This website is provided for information about our venue, bookings, and community. You agree not to use the site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt its operation, or upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through our contact or review forms.
3. Bookings and reservations
Station, squad room, and event bookings made via our contact form or booking system are requests, not confirmed until acknowledged by our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking, with a full refund of any prepaid amount, in cases of venue capacity, maintenance, or misuse of prior bookings.
4. Venue rules
Visitors to the physical venue must be respectful of staff and other members, follow posted safety guidance, and refrain from installing unauthorised software on club hardware. Blackout reserves the right to end a session, without refund, for abusive behaviour, damage to equipment, or violation of venue rules.
5. Member reviews
Reviews submitted through our website are moderated before publication. We may decline to publish, or remove, reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, unrelated to a genuine visit, or in breach of applicable Dutch law.
6. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, and design elements on this website belong to Blackout Gaming Lounge unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Liability
We aim to keep our venue and equipment in good working order, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from equipment downtime, network interruption, or event cancellation, except where liability cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
